RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our returns and exchange policy lasts for 7 days. Where 7 days has exceeded following your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
to be eligible for a return, purchased item must be in its original wrapping; unused and in the same condition as was received. To complete your your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. In certain peculiar situations as we may determine, partial refunds may be granted.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE
Do not return a purchased item to the delivery company without prior authorization from us.
Once a return is received and inspected, customer will receive an email notification confirming our receipt of the item and approval or rejection of return or refund where applicable.
Where approved, a replacement or refund (where it applies) will be processed. Where a refund applies, payment will be made to the original method of payment provided by customer within 7 working days. Customer must check-in with their financial institution in the event of a delay.
Please take note that only regular priced items can and will be refunded or returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event you need to change an item for a new one, please contact us through our email @firstname.lastname@example.org or send a message to our whatsapp business number directly on the site and one of our assistants will be there readily to attend to you.
